RELAXATION
My true story
I needed to relax, you know when you sometimes feel out of control, life is getting too much and you don’t know which way to turn. This is how I felt last year.
In October 2005 my farther was diagnosed with cancer of the lungs and the bones, two weeks later my husband and I agreed to separate after a number of unhappy years(that were only held together because of the kids). In November of that year I was rushed into hospital haemorrhaging, from what unknown to me was fibroids. After an operation to remove them I was allowed to go home.
I continued to help my mother nurse my farther until he passed away on December 16th 2005.
So I knew I needed to relax.
I looked around for something that would help me to unwind, yet still allow me to carry on my normal day to day life. For some reason our bodies just go onto auto pilot in times of stress. But I didn’t want this stress catching up with me, for the sake of not only myself but the kids as well.
That’s when I came across relaxation music it was a god send. I played it at home when I was alone in the evening, in the morning when I was having coffee, and in the car on the way to meetings or just on the way to the supermarket. It really helped me to unwind.
Since discovering the benefits of relaxation music I have brought CD’s for my mother and friends who all agree they have such a calming effect.
With today’s lifestyle I feel everyone could benefit from some relaxation now and again. There are various titles, my favourite being ‘autumn in the forest’ you can purchase by cheque or by visiting the website mykindatime.co.uk Carol D...
Woodland Bridleway....
A lovely country walk.
This cd took me through the countryside, you get a great feeling of freedom and an awareness of all the flora and fauna. Nature at its best.

Tropical Wave..... A very calming disc, just close your eyes and picture yourself lying on a golden beach with the waves lapping away in front of you. The birds are chirping away and you havent a care in the world. What a refreshing change, Its a shame you have to open your eyes again, back to reality.
